He was buried on Mar 9 1971 in Mustang, Canadian County, Oklahoma. Willie Floy FOSTER and Loyd William (Pete) GORRELL had the following children:

He was cremated on May 4 2001 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. ⁽⁸⁾ Tommy's ashes were scattered over his Father's grave site by the three remaining brothers, Carroll, Jimmy and Charles (Chuck). He was ill with. Alpha One is a rare blood disease which effects major organs in the body. Thomas Gorrell had this disease for approximately 14 years prior to his death resulting from the disease. He wore an oxygen mask constantly due to lung damage caused by the disease. Because his heart, lungs, kidneys and liver were all effected by the disease, transplants were not possible.
