87.  Noveline WILLIAMS(photo) was born on Aug 27 1920 on Dumas and Emerson Road, Mississippi Township, Columbia County, Arkansas..  She died on Sep 19 2001 in Wichita, Sedgewick County, Kansas.  She was buried on Sep 22 2001 in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Olathe, Kansas.

In 1920, Noveline was born to Thomas and Susie while they were living on the Dumas and Emerson Road, Mississippi Township, Columbia County, Arkansas.  Also living in the household were her siblings,  (Thomas) Edward 2 years old,  (Norval) Wayne 7 years old and  (John) Rayburn 10 years old. Norval Wayne and  John Rayburn were Noveline's half brothers, being born to Susie and her first husband, Alexander "Mack" Holloway.

In 1938, on the 15th of April Noveline was 17 years old and living in Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas when she married Clyde Franklin Simmons, age 32.

In 1940, Noveline was 20 years old and living in Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas. She was living with her husband Clyde and son Donald, age 1 year.

In 1945, Noveline was 25 years old and living on King Street, Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas. She was living with her husband Clyde and their children Donald age 6 and Linda age 1 year.

In 1946, Noveline divorced her husband Clyde and moved to Houston, Harris County, Texas. She was living with her parents, Thomas age 49 and Susie age 68. Also living in the household were her two children, Donald age 7 and Linda age 2.

In 1948, Noveline was living in Houston, Harris County, Texas with her parents and working as a waitress at the Silverado Grille when she met and married Chester Wilburn.

In 1950, Noveline was 30 years old and living in Tomball, Texas. She was living with her husband Chester age 26 and their daughter Mary age 1 year old. Also living in the household were her two children by previous marriage, Donald age 11 and Linda age 6.

In 1955, Noveline was 35 years old and living on Guadalupe Road, Houston, Harris County, Texas.  She was living with her husband Chester age 31 and their children, Mary age 6 and Judith age 1.   Also living in the household were her two children by previous marriage, Donald age 16 and Linda age 11.

In 1960, Noveline was 40 years old and living in Kenner, Metarie Parish, Louisiana. She was living with her husband Chester age 36 and their children, Mary age 11, Judith age 6, Chester Jr. age 4 and Deborah age 2. Also living in the household was her daughter by previous marriage, Linda age 16

In 1970, Noveline was 50 years old and living in Bixby, Oklahoma. She was living with her husband Chester age 46 and their children, Judith age 16, Chester Jr. age 14 and Deborah age 12. Also living in the household was her father, Thomas Jackson Williams.

In 1980, Noveline was 60 years old and living in Olathe, Kansas. She was living with her husband Chester age 56.

In 1990, Noveline was 70 years old and living in Wichita, Kansas. She was living with her daughter, Judith. Also living in the household was Judith's husband Tim and their children Christopher and Nicholas.

In 1999, Noveline was 79 years old and living in Wichita, Kansas. Se was living with her daughter, Judith, Also living in the household was Judith's husband Tim and their child Nicholas. Noveline having had many medical problems during her lifetime including heart attacks, Graves Disease, triple by-pass surgery and pacemaker implantation developed signs of dementia.

In 2000, Noveline was 80 years old and living in Wichita, Kansas. She was living with her daughter, Judith, her husband Tim and their son Nicholas. Noveline was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease.

In 2001, Noveline was 81 years old and living in Wichita, Kansas. She was living with her daughter, Judith, her husband Tim and their son Nicholas.  The Alzheimer's Disease had advanced and she had become very frail.  On Saturday,  September 15, 2001, Noveline fell, breaking both bones in her left arm and two breaks in her pelvis which ruptured a vessel causing internal bleeding.  Surgeries were performed but proved to be too much of a shock for her fragile body and heart.  Noveline passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2001 at 3:43 AM.

Two parallels stand out in the life of Noveline and her ancestors.  Both Noveline and her Grandmother, Lonie Dodson developed Alzheimer's Disease and both Noveline and her Mother, Susie Rachel Williams had accidents causing broken pelvis bones which resulted in their deaths.

She was married to Clyde Franklin SIMMONS (son of Hubert SIMMONS) on Apr 15 1938 in Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas.   Clyde Franklin SIMMONS was born in 1906.  He died in 1968 in Lufkin, Texas.  Noveline WILLIAMS and Clyde Franklin SIMMONS had the following children:

She was married to Chester Merle WILBURN (son of Dee WILBURN and Mary) on Jul 26 1948 in Houston, Harris County, Texas. Chester Merle WILBURN was born on Jun 25 1924 in Kansas. He died on Jun 27 1984 in Olathe, Ks. He was buried on Jun 30 1984 in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Olathe, Ks. He had Social Security Number. Noveline WILLIAMS and Chester Merle WILBURN had the following children:
