22. Thomas J. WILLIAMS (photo) was born on May 12 1896 in Ward 1, Webster Parish, Louisiana. He was buried in Nov 1970 in Hephzibah Cemetery, Columbia County, Arkansas. He died on Nov 17 1970 in Roff, Oklahoma.

In 1920 Thomas was 24 years old and lived on the Dumas and Emerson Road, Mississippi Township, Columbia County, Arkansas. He was living with his wife Susie 43 years old and his son (Thomas) Edward, 2 years old and Noveline, their newborn baby girl. Also living in the household were his two step-sons (John) Rayburn, 10 years old and (Norval) Wayne, 7 years old. Thomas was a farmer.

In 1945 Thomas was 49 years old and living in Houston, Harris County, Texas. He was living with his wife Susie, age 68. Thomas was then a carpenter by trade.

In 1955 Thomas was 60 years old and living on Annunciation Street, Houston, Harris County, Texas. He was living with his wife Susie, age 78. Thomas was retired. He and Susie enjoyed their vegetable garden and working in their yard. Thomas also enjoyed a baby calf he purchased which he hand fed with a bottle made from a bucket with a nipple attached.

In 1960 Thomas was 65 years old and living on Annunciation Street, Houston, Harris County, Texas. Susie, his wife of 44 years, died from injuries suffered in a car accident. Among the injuries suffered was a broken pelvic bone. Susie lived 2 days after the accident.

In 1965 Thomas was 70 years old and still living on Annunciation Street, Houston, Harris County, Texas. He was living with his second wife Birdie. This was a short lived marriage and after suffering abuse by Birdie's adult sons Thomas and Birdie divorced. Thomas gave his home on Annunciation Street to Birdie and moved in with his daughter Noveline and her family in Bixby, Oklahoma.

He was married to Susie Rachel DODSON (daughter of John A. DODSON and Martha Thelonia (Lonie) HILL) on Nov 20 1916 in Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas.(4)Susie Rachel DODSON (photo) was born on Mar 12 1877 in Arkansas. She was buried in Dec 1960 in Hephzibah Cemetery, Columbia County, Arkansas. She died on Dec 6 1960 in Houston, Harris County, Texas. Susie died from injuries received in an automobile accident. She and her husband, Thomas were driving her daughter Minnie May Williams (wife of Lee Allen Williams) home after her visit in Houston.

Thomas J. WILLIAMS and Susie Rachel DODSON had the following children:
